Items that have been opened cannot be returned. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days from the order date for items that arrive in a damaged or defective state or in the event that the wrong item or items have been shipped. In the event of an inaccurate order fulfillment we will make every effort to ship the correct item or items to you with no additional shipping cost.
Due to sterility concerns, Disaster and Emergency Preparedness products cannot be returned.
